| Skills and Approaches | As a natural leader, prossessing qualities and skills for effective strategic and tactical planning and professional approach to leading a team of specialists I offer my project management service. I consider a final result as the most important variable in my and my teams work. The motivation is the most important factor among team members. In my work I rely on the most advanced project management software: Basecamp, OmniOutliner, OmniPlan. | Experience | As an independend graphic designer and instructor since 2003 I periodically perform large-scale projects requiring efforts coordination of team of specialists. Well-known on the market for being on projects time constraints. While working on his last management project in 2006-7 I have successfully strengthened my team, which resulted in the creation of Sentero.net on-line music store. I have found, negotiated and purchased an enormous collection of music, as well as designing the user interface of the web site. In the past, I collaborated as project manager in reorganization and sustainment of a half-dead application development project. Prior to my designing and managing carrier I was an editor-in-chief in the student newspaper and a student union leader. |
